Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Australia:
Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business days
Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days

New Zealand:
Standard: 7 to 10 business days
Express: 3 to 5 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight. All orders include tracking, sent via email once shipped. Products are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

CHANGE OF MIND

We offer a 14-day change of mind return for full-priced items. If it's not what you expected, send it back and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible:
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must be attached
• Original packaging must be intact
• Request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Change of mind returns are not available on sale items, which are eligible for store credit only.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund. Your choice. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Email us at sales@armorofgod.com.au with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 1 to 2 business days with your return authorisation and instructions
3. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping is at your cost for change of mind returns.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed within 3 to 5 business days

NOTES

• We recommend using tracked postage for returns. We can't be responsible for items lost in transit.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Items that do not meet the return conditions above will be sent back to you
